Study Abroad

There’s no better way to learn about religions around the world than to become submersed in another culture.  Religious study students who participate in study abroad programs report an elevated understanding of cultural and religious influence in a region – and most call study abroad a life-changing experience!  If you are interested in taking courses in religious studies abroad for a semester or for a year, you may consider one of the following Washington University overseas study opportunities. (Click on the country to go to Washington University's study abroad page, click on the university to go to their web site)

Australia - University of Queensland

France - University of Toulouse through Dickinson College

Israel - Hebrew University of Jerusalem

One may also consider appropriate options within our other foreign language programs, such as the WU program in Chile.
